Thank you for choosing Remo Golf, an indoor golf simulator experience. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Remo Golf is a service provided by Noffice Inc., a Delaware-based corporation. "Remo Golf" refers to our golf simulator units located in private, indoor spaces designed for golfing practice and entertainment. Remo Golf operates independently and may partner with select golf clubs solely to provide simulator locations.

2. Booking and Availability

Bookings for Remo Golf sessions can only be made via our website.

Operating Hours: Our operating hours may change. Please refer to our website's booking platform for the most up-to-date availability.

Time Slots: The exact availability of each simulator unit is based on your booking confirmation and may be subject to change.

No-Show / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time may not be eligible for a refund. Conditions can be different; please follow the conditions shown on the booking platform.

No-shows will be charged the full booking fee.

Remo Golf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to maintenance, technical issues, or safety reasons; in such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store your payment information.

3. SMS Communications

Program Name: Remo Golf Booking Notifications. This program sends transactional SMS messages including booking confirmations, access codes, reminders, and support notifications.

By providing your mobile phone number when making a booking, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Remo Golf related to your reservation and access to the booked facility.

These messages may include booking confirmations, access codes, reminders, and customer support notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact us at +1 (656) 270-0250 or support@remo.golf.

4. Golf Instructors

Golf Instructors are not employees of Remo Golf. We only provide the simulator space for their use.

Remo Golf is not responsible for the quality of their services, including their arrival time, teaching quality, or any disruptions during a session.

5. Golf Club Employees

Employees of partnered golf clubs are not employees of Remo Golf.

Remo Golf does not accept responsibility for the actions or behavior of golf club employees.

6. Equipment Rental

Golf Clubs: We do not provide golf clubs. Clubs may be rented from local golf clubs. Remo Golf is not responsible for the quality of these clubs.

Users are responsible for ensuring any personally owned or third-party-rented equipment is suitable and in good condition before use.

7. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the simulator without adult supervision. If under 18, users must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Parental or guardian consent may be required for minors, depending on local regulations.

8. Food and Beverage Policy

No food or beverages are allowed inside the simulator space. We ask that users respect this policy to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the units.

9. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Cleanliness: Users are required to clean up after themselves. All personal items brought into the simulator unit must be removed before leaving. Please ensure the unit is left in a clean and orderly condition for the next guest.

Behavior: Users must adhere to respectful behavior while using the simulator and during their session. Disruptive behavior may lead to the termination of the session without a refund.

Users are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Remo Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Only the booking holder and registered guests may access the simulator unit.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Remo Golf is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring within the premises, whether caused by personal negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification: By using Remo Golf services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remo Golf, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services.

By using Remo Golf, you acknowledge that golf involves physical activity and you assume all associated risks.

In no event shall Remo Golf's total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific session.

11. Damage to Property

Users are fully responsible for any damage caused to the simulator unit, equipment, or any other property within the premises. This includes the cost of repairs and any additional expenses resulting from the damage.

12. Surveillance

For security and quality assurance purposes, video surveillance may be in place inside the simulator units. By using the simulator, you acknowledge and agree to being recorded by the cameras. All recordings are handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and are used solely for security, maintenance, and quality-assurance purposes.

13. Termination of Session

Remo Golf reserves the right to terminate a session or deny access to the simulator if the user violates any of these Terms and Conditions, including disruptive or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in the case of a session termination due to such violations.

14. Use of Photos for Marketing

By using Remo Golf services, you agree that photos may be taken during your session for marketing purposes. These photos may be used by Remo Golf in advertising materials, social media posts, and other promotional content.

If you prefer not to have your photo used, please inform our staff before your session.

If you prefer not to have any images used, please notify us in writing at support@remo.golf. Your request will be respected without affecting your ability to use our services.

15. Pets

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that pets are not brought into the simulator units. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

17. Modifications

Remo Golf reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

18. Force Majeure

Remo Golf will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, government regulations, natural disasters, or pandemics.
